<p>I realize I have been away from ya&#8217;ll and updating this blog for about ten days now. But trust me, I was doing some serious research in the field of <a title="Sleep Secret Audio" href="http://www.sleepsecretaudio.com" target="_blank">Sleep Deprivation</a>.</p>
<p>Well, maybe it wasn&#8217;t intended that way at the start, but it sure did end up that way.</p>
<p>Let me set the scene for you.  I am a huge fan of <a title="Pat O'Bryan" href="http://www.patobryan.com/blog" target="_blank">Pat O&#8217;Bryan</a>, I follow him on <a title="Twitter" href="http://www.twitter.com/trappersherwood" target="_blank">twitter</a>, milagrowworld; (His free forum) and I am one of his coaching students. Last week; October 17th-19th Pat held <a title="Unseminar 7" href="http://www.unseminar7.com" target="_blank">Unseminar 7</a>. I attended my first Unseminar back in May of this year.</p>
<p>It Blew me away!</p>
<p>People I met, things I learned and the opportunities abound at an Unseminar! Perhaps you have experienced  it yourself if you have attended any <a title="Sleep Well Tonight Guaranteed" href="http://www.sleepsecretaudio.com" target="_blank">seminars</a>.</p>
<p>I fully intended to sleep. I really didn&#8217;t want to be a walking zombie. I know what it&#8217;s like to have sleep loss, and <a title="Sleep Secret Audio" href="http://www.sleepsecretaudio.com" target="_blank">lack of sleep</a> is something I do not like.</p>
<p>By Sunday, many people had the zombie look in the eye.</p>
<p>Surprisingly, I was not one of them!</p>
<p>Nope, and let me assure you I did not retire to my room at nine o&#8217;clock at night while others built business relationships. Nope, I wasn&#8217;t tucked under my cover&#8217;s while some started JV projects.</p>
<p>I was right there in the middle of it all, and enjoying every minute!</p>
<p>One night my room mates and I were up til three am discussing Sales Topics. Another night it was four am helping a friend out with his sales presentation.</p>
<p>And get this, no matter how late I stayed out or up, I was awake by seven-thirty am, showering, and on my way down to breakfast.</p>
<p>Feeling great I might add, and ready for another day of classes.</p>
<p>What&#8217;s my secret?? I am so glad you asked!</p>

Although those two tricks will help. However, experts now recognize that there are some factors that may either help promote or discourage a peaceful night&#8217;s sleep. If your sleep problems persist, be sure to see your family physician or a sleep expert. Most problems can be treated with good results.</p>
<p><em><strong>DO:</strong></em></p>
<p># Exercise regularly, but not within 4 to 6 hours of going to bed.</p>
<p># Take a short nap during the day if you&#8217;re tired, but keep it brief. And do it early in the day.</p>
<p># Take a rest break if you feel tired while driving. Fresh air or loud music won&#8217;t keep you alert, but a short nap may do the trick, especially if you combine it with <a title="Sleep Secret Audio" href="http://www.sleepsecretaudio.com" target="_blank">caffeine</a>, says Dr. James Kiley of the National Center on Sleep Disorders Research.</p>
<p># Try to relax and let nature take its course. Go to another room and read, watch television or listen to music.
