		<description>I have noticed that the older we get the less attention we put on really caring for the body. Life seems to get in the way. So putting attention on making sure we have balanced hormones is a good idea. 

One thing that helps is to get sun. Going out in the sun for 15 to 30 minutes a day helps to trigger and balance your hormones. Ever noticed that you feel a little crazy in the winter? - Be sure to let the sun get on your skin so that you absorb vitamin D. And do not wear sunglasses. 

The pituitary gland runs you other glands, thus your hormone out put. The pituitary gland gets its energy from the sun through your eyes. Vitamin D also helps your hormones, vitamins and minerals work.
