Sleep Secret Audio Out Take

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DZ2i43o-qFc

The http://www.sleepsecretaudio.com is my Dad’s newest product. It really does work, cause I listened to it for about 5 minutes & I was asleep. But I’m mad at him, so I uploaded this rough draft of a video he was making. He didn’t want it uploaded because of all the mistakes, but that will teach him to take my phone away.

Hope I can run faster than him when he finds out what I did!

Love,

His Daughter

How To Sleep When You Have Money Worries

1.
Don’t count sheep; count your blessings. Itemize on a sheet of paper all the good things there are in your life. If you are so down in the dumps that you can’t think of any, begin by thinking of a neighbor with whom you wouldn’t trade places. For instance, Mrs. R., who is well-to-do, but whose child is not normal. Or Mr. Z., who has a nagging wife. Or Mrs. Y., whose husband drinks. Then put down as a blessing, “My child is normal and healthy,” or “I have an understanding wife,” or “My husband doesn’t drink.”

2.
Set aside definite periods for discussions of finances. Give yourself all the time you need to consider a given problem adequately, but do not allow yourself to think about money at any other time. When you catch yourself thinking negatively about money, force yourself to think about how
well-off you are, by repeating your list of assets. Do this faithfully; it is bound to make you feel better.

3.
Learn the ABC Round Robin. Use it to make yourself relax whenever you have a few spare minutes during the day. If you are optimistic and relaxed during the day, you will automatically sleep better at night.

4.
Learn the Sleep Exercise and use it after the Robin at night to put yourself to sleep. Just as you are about to drop off to sleep, repeat some of your blessings. You will be amazed at how much happier you will be when you wake up.

5.
Remember: Although poverty is unpleasant, and although no normal person wants to be poor, you must think constructively, instead of bemoaning your poverty. Cultivate an optimistic frame of mind and you have gone a long way toward improving your condition.

Not sure what the ABC Round Robin, or the Sleep Exercise is, discover what they are with either
“The Sleep Secret eBook” or with our new “Press Play; Then Sleep” audio product available at http://www.sleepsecretaudio.com

Download our new mp3 audio, listen through your headphones or earphones, and let our soothing original music and instructions guide you to clearing your insomnia, sleep loss, and sleep deprivation and just enjoy a great night’s sleep.

To your health and a good night’s sleep,

Trapper Sherwood

The Sleep Secret Audio

Greetings,

Have you read any of the headlines lately about sleep loss, insomnia, and even sleep deprivation?
In Canada alone, they figure the cost to the economy on the population losing sleep is 20 Billion dollars! 20 Billion!

ABC News 7 Chicago Il Reported January 16th More Young Adults using Sleeping Aids

Thomson Reuters Study Finds “Sharp Increase in Use of Sleeping Aids”

All these sleeping aids in the form of pills and drugs are not good.

But what can we do about it?

How would you like to discover a natural way to get a better night’s sleep, wake up refreshed and rejuvenated, have your zest for life again, all without the use of pills. Sound good? Sound like a fantasy?? It’s true, it’s true.

A number of years ago, I came across “The Sleep Secret” book, and it turned my loss of sleep around. After I mastered the techniques, I brought my sleep back to a normal routine. All without the use of pills or drugs. The best thing is, I can now put myself to sleep just about anytime, anywhere under just about any condition.

I took this manual, and I turned it into an ebook, put it on the web, and helped numerous people get their loss of sleep back in order. Then I listened to my customers. They liked the book, but really didn’t want to “read” how to sleep, especially on their computer screen, they wanted something simple, an easy way to fall asleep.

So with that in mind, I have partnered up with Claus D. Jensen of Denmark. Claus has put together an audio of original, soothing, hypnotic music, that we then combined with the sleep instructions from “The Sleep Secret” book.

What does this mean to you and the millions of others that suffer from sleep loss and insomnia? It means, you can download the mp3 audio to your ipod or other listening device, put your headphones on or earphones in, and in approximately seven minutes be brought to that wonderful world know as sleep that has been avoiding you.

We like to call it “Press Play; Then Sleep” A truly new and fresh approach to getting a better’s night’s sleep.

Your body will be relaxed, and when your body is relaxed, you can train your brain to relax. From there, with our instructions, you will drift off to sleep. Waking up refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on and conquer the world! Sometimes you will find that you are so relaxed that you won’t need eight hours of sleep, sometimes six will make you feel better and more rested than you have ever felt.

So, how can you get this life changing and fresh approach to getting a better night’s sleep?

Visit http://www.sleepsecretaudio.com

Because you are ready for a good night’s sleep aren’t you?

Does the TV Really Help You to Sleep?

The television set has really changed our lives and many times, it has not changed them for the better.  At one time, the TV set was only in the room where we tended to congregate during the evenings but now, many of us have a set in every room in the home.  It is a constant noise that is going on in the background and many of us have become so dependent on it that we feel we can not even sleep without it.  The fact of the matter is, however, it might be the television set that is robbing you of the sleep that you need.

If you are the type of person that feels that they must have the television set on in order to go to sleep, you might be surprised to learn that it may actually be robbing you of deep sleep.  It is during these phases of deep sleep that our bodies rejuvenate themselves and our minds are able to sort the information that it has picked up during the day.  The reason why it does this is because it adds noise in the room, something that is not conducive to getting a good night sleep.  It may also be disrupting our sleep patterns as a result of the light that the television set gives off.  This can cause us to have insomnia like symptoms that we may not recognize are coming from this electronic device.

Some of us turn the television on at night in order to drown out other noise that may be going on in the home.  If this is the case for you, you are simply creating a noisy environment that is close to you when you are sleeping.  It is a much better idea for you to get an air filter or perhaps run a fan in order to create some white noise.  This will help to drown out the other noises that are in the house while still allowing you to sleep properly.

If you absolutely must have the television set on in order to go to sleep, make sure that you use the sleep function.  This is a timer that is built into most television sets which automatically shuts it off after a set period of time.  If you do this, you may be able to use the TV to help you fall asleep and then maintain your sleep because the television set will not be waking you up.

If you are having trouble falling asleep at night,  we recommend “The Sleep Secret”

This Free eBook will get you to the cause of your loss of sleep, and will help you clear the insomnia that has taken over your life.

After reading “The Sleep Secret”, you won’t have to keep your tv on at night.

Works for 3rd shifters too.

Did I mention it is an all natural way to get a better night’s sleep without the use of pills or drugs?

Acai – the ‘Miracle berry’

by Marcus C. Evans

Bordering eight separate countries, the Amazon is the largest rainforest in the world. Not only does its massive river basin provide one fifth of the world’s freshwater but it teems with uncountable varieties of birds and freshwater fish. In fact, one third of all living animal and plant species are found in Amazon.

It is in this lush, flourishing environment that the acai berry grows. According to sources, the native Amazon tribes use almost 2,000 of the 3,000 known rainforest fruits for remedial purposes. The acai berry is one of the most potent and powerful of these fruits.

People in the Amazon region have known of the benefits of the acai berry for a long time now- but around 1990, this fruit began to gain some exposure to the outside world as well. Now, the acai berry and its health and nutritional benefits are available to the world.

The acai berry is a natural source of antioxidants, with ten times the antioxidant level of grapes and twice that of blueberries. There is also fibre and protein to sweeten the deal – and of course there is the flavour; the acai berry has a taste reminiscent of both chocolate and blueberries.

The acai berry also contains high levels of anthocyanins; the compounds which give red wines some of their health benefits. The acai berry contains a larger amount of anthocyanins than does wine and is also free of the negative effects of alcohol.

The benefits don’t stop there! The acai berry is listed as an effective anti-aging super food in health food circles and is actually believed to decelerate the aging process. This is presumed to be a joint effect of the anthocyanins and the antioxidants found in the berry.

Acai berries have been used in making wine with a higher nutritional value to fight the disease schistosomosis (which is transmitted by snails) and in manufacturing an antibiotic to combat staph infections – this is a berry which has a wealth of nutritional benefits and a lot of different applications.

The berry itself is a round purplish berry which is about an inch around. The acai berry looks a bit like a grape and feels like one too. The incredible popularity of this superfood is because of its many health benefits. An added bonus is that the flavour is also wonderful. The acai berry is best consumed in the form of juice or incorporated into smoothies.

Stretch Your Way to Better Sleep

There are a lot of different things that you can do in order to help you if you are having a hard time falling asleep or staying asleep.
Natural Cures For Insomnia Unfortunately, many of these things are going to take additional effort on our part but if we are persistent in doing them, we will be able to reap the rewards.  Although we should make sure of what we are eating and stay away from any kind of stimulating drinks whenever it is close to bedtime, something that many people are missing is exercise.

I know what you are probably thinking.  Exercising does take effort and many of us only consider exercise to be something that makes us break a sweat.  The fact of the matter is, there are certain types of exercise that we can do which are actually quite relaxing.  A good example of this is stretching exercises.  Not only is this going to help our bodies to get into shape but it will also do so without making us go through any sort of rigorous activity.

One of the things that stretching will do for us is to release serotonin into our systems.  Serotonin naturally makes us feel better and puts us into a good mood.  If you are having a difficult time sleeping because you are dealing with stressful situations and cannot get them off of your mind, serotonin may be able to help you in this regard.  Another reason why it is good is because it put your body back into balance which is one of the main reasons why people are dealing with insomnia in the first place.  Yes, the details may differ but it is almost always a lack of balance in the body.

It is not necessary for you to do a lot of stretching on a daily basis.  As a matter of fact, just getting up and stretching on occasion and then perhaps doing a stretching routine for 15 to 20 minutes per day is all that is necessary to see some changes take place.  There are plenty of DVDs which you can buy that will walk you through every step of the process.  Take your time and really allow your body and mind to relax whenever you’re going through your stretching exercises.  You will probably find that within a week, you are able to sleep better as a result.

Circadian Rhythm Disturbance

Circadian Rhythm Disturbance

Anyone who has traveled has experienced jet lag–that groggy realization that while your day is beginning in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the night you just left in Eugene, Oregon is hardly over. Jet lag is an inconvenient reminder that the body is set to a 24-hour clock, known by scientists as circadian rhythms, from the Latin, “about one day.”

An internal biological clock is fundamental to all living organisms, influencing hormones that play a role in sleep and wakefulness, metabolic rate, and body temperature.

Disruption of circadian rhythms not only affects sleep patterns but also has been found to precipitate mania in people with bipolar disorder (manic-depressive illness).

Other types of illnesses also are affected by circadian rhythms; for example, heart attacks occur more frequently in the morning while asthma attacks occur more often at night in those who are deprived of sleep.

Although biological clocks have been the focus of intensive research over the past four decades, only recently have the tools needed to examine the molecular basis of circadian rhythms become available.

Early studies pointed to an area of the brain, the hypothalamus, as the location of the circadian pacemaker in mammals. More recent findings show proteins called cryptochromes, located throughout the body, are also involved in detecting changes in light and setting the body’s clock.

Researchers have found that imposing too early school start times on children requires unrealistic bedtimes to allow adequate time for sleeping.

Early school start times for adolescents are frequently associated with significant sleep deprivation, which can lead to academic, behavioral, and psychological problems, as well as increased risk for accidents and injuries, especially for teenage drivers.

Completing our understanding of biological clockworks will lead to better treatments for diseases affected by circadian rhythm, as well as to methods of coping with disrupted sleep patterns.

I am intimately connected to the joys and perils of Circadian Rhythm Disruption because I work Night Shift–otherwise know as The Grave Yard Shift, as a nurse in a Labor and Delivery unit.

I have been doing this for the past three years plus.

What must you do to survive and take care of yourself if you, too, must embrace the reality of working hours that the majority of people avoid and shun?

1) Commit to taking care of yourself, getting everyone in your household to respect the fact that you must sleep.

2) If you come right home and go to bed, sleep usually comes quickly. So determine to sleep as soon after returning home as you can.

3) People find that if they don’t sleep right away, a kind of mania sets in. A sort of phenomenon occurs where memory fades and where you laid your keys may never resurface in your mind–again!!

4)Discover rest, meditation, loving kindness and a gentle approach with yourself and everyone in your life!

5)Sleep aids may not be helpful, as they tend to create a “hangover” effect. I’ve tried several, but have found that my energy is not in synche afterwards.

6) Make your bed a sanctuary.

7)Think of your bed as a sacred space, where day dreaming can eventually result in changing the world!!

8)Use soothing music, nature sounds, entrainment tapes especially geared for relaxation, and be lulled into a peaceful sleep.

9) Think of sleep as a joyful discipline, and engage in it, knowing that your body, mind and spirit thanks you!!

I must emphasize here that I have chosen to work night shift.

Why?

1) The people I work with on this shift are all in the same sort of painful place as I am–in that we all struggle with sleep, or the lack thereof–and we have compassion for one another.

2) As a result of this compassion, the team effort is unsurpassed.

3) We openly love one another.

4) We have deep and intimate conversations at 3 am and sort out all the world’s problems.

5) We make each other laugh!!

6) We grieve together when a a fellow nightshifter leaves us and goes to day shift.

7) We’re tough!!

8) We’re flexible!!

9) And no one messes with us!!! Development of self-worth is a pre-requisite to working this shift!

“Circadian Rhythm Disturbance” and all the dire predictions surrounding it, can all be overcome by having a positive and creative attitude about Life and what can be conceived in the imagination and forged in the world.

I may not sleep as much as I used to, but in the process old ruts are gone, my perspective is altered, and an expectant attitude has replaced all preconceived notions that disruptions in my sleep pattern is a negative “problem”.

I now see sleep deprivation as a welcomed alteration in my overall conditioned now zero-conditioned world view.

Afterall, it’s all in how you look at it–not in what science, your mother or even what your doctor tells you!!

So I’ve chosen to seek counsel from within, and Feel Good, no matter what the circadian rhythm specialists say!

Sleepless in Canada?

Greetings and Happy New Year!

I just finished reading an article that says that Insomnia is costing the
Canadian economy 20 BILLION, YES 20 BILLION  a year!

Read the full article here : http://is.gd/elYJ

Here is one of their definition on lack of sleep.

“About 15 per cent of adults suffer from insomnia syndrome,
meaning  they have trouble sleeping at least three nights a week.
Another 32 per cent suffer from insomnia occasionally,
meaning at least once a month.
The balance, 52 per cent, are classified as good sleepers.”

That’s ALOT of people NOT sleeping!

The cost of loss of sleep and being deprived of sleep and the
loss of work and productivity is where the 20 Billion dollar
amount comes from.

Look, there are many ways to get your sleep back on track.

Some of them herbal, natural ways.
Some of them include pills or drugs.

As being a guy that had sleep problems going through a divorce,
let me recommend an all natural, safe way to get back into a
regular sleep pattern; The Sleep Secret

This is a very simple process, and once learned, you can
sleep anytime, anywhere. I used this when I had some very
rough times and was needing power naps. Oh yeah, you can use
these techniques for power naps too.

Because The Sleep Secret worked for me, I want you to have a copy,
for FREE!

Check it out, and I hope the folks in Canada are reading this too!

Sounds like 48% of the population needs a good night’s sleep.

Download your copy of The Sleep Secret here:
